1. Definitions
- "System" or "Almutawir": the business management system provided by Almutawir Information Technology Establishment
- "User" or "you": the person or entity using the system

- "Service": all features and functions available in the system
- "ZATCA": the Saudi Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using Almutawir, you acknowledge that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
- Agree to comply with all provisions stated here
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Represent a company or business entity authorized to act on its behalf
3. License and Use
3.1 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the system in accordance with these terms.
3.2 Use Restrictions
You are prohibited from:
- Copying, modifying, or distributing the system or any part of it
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- Using the system for any illegal or unethical purpose
- Renting or sublicensing the system to third parties
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the system
- Removing or modifying trademarks or copyright notices
4. User Account
4.1 Registration
To access the system, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account information up to date
- Protect your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4.2 Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Subscription
Subscription fees are determined by the selected plan and are paid in advance:
- Monthly plan: renews automatically every month
- Annual plan: renews automatically every year, with a discount
- Fees include VAT at 15%
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment through:
- Credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Mada
- Bank transfer
- Apple Pay / STC Pay
5.3 Automatic Renewal
Notice: Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it at least 7 days before the renewal date.
5.4 Refunds
- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the first subscription
- No refunds are available for renewed subscriptions
- No partial refunds are available for unused periods
- Refund requests are processed within 7-14 business days
6. Data and Content
6.1 Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the system. We do not claim ownership rights over your data.
6.2 Backups
- We perform automatic daily backups
- We keep backups for 30 days
- You may request one free data restoration per month
- We recommend creating your own backups as well
6.3 Data Deletion
When a subscription is terminated:
- Your data is retained for 90 days as a grace period
- You may request data export during this period
- After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted
- Tax invoices are retained for 10 years for ZATCA compliance
7. ZATCA Compliance
We comply with ZATCA requirements:
- Generating e-invoices compliant with Saudi standards
- Submitting invoices to the ZATCA platform on time
- Maintaining complete tax records for 10 years
- Ensuring valid VAT numbers and billing information
7.1 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring the entered VAT number is correct
- Reviewing invoices before sending them
- Complying with all tax regulations
- Updating company information when it changes
8. Technical Support
8.1 Available Support
- Email support: available 24/7, with responses within 24 hours
- Phone support: Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM
- WhatsApp support: available 24/7, with responses during business hours
- Knowledge base: always available through the website
8.2 Support Limitations
Technical support does not include:
- Custom software development
- Accounting or tax consulting
- Intensive system training
- Fixing issues caused by misuse
9. Uptime and Maintenance
9.1 Uptime Commitment
We target 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.
9.2 Maintenance
- Regular maintenance: weekly, Saturday from 2 AM to 4 AM
- Emergency updates: may occur at any time
- Advance notice: 48 hours for major maintenance
10. Disclaimer
The system is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties:
- We do not guarantee that the system will be error-free
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We are not responsible for data loss caused by force majeure
- We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on reports
11. Limitation of Liability
In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed:
- The amount paid during the last 12 months of the subscription
- We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages
- We are not liable for loss of profits or revenue
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your subscription at any time through:
- Your dashboard
- Contacting technical support
- Sending an official request by email
12.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if:
- You violate these Terms and Conditions
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal use
- You fail to pay due fees
- You threaten the security or stability of the system
13. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the system are reserved by Almutawir Information Technology Establishment, including:
- Source code and design
- Logos and trademarks
- Documentation and content
- User interface and user experience
14. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will:
- Notify you of material changes 30 days in advance
- Publish the updated terms on the website
- Update the "Last updated" date
- Treat continued use of the system as acceptance of the changes
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from them shall be resolved according to Saudi laws.
16. Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises:
- Contact us directly to resolve the dispute amicably
- Use mediation through a neutral third party
- Refer the matter to the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
